The stay was pleasant overall. The beach access was fantastic, allowing easy enjoyment of the sun and surf. While there were some maintenance issues in the room, the staff were accommodating and did their best to address my concerns. The location was perfect for exploring nearby shops and restaurants, making my quick getaway enjoyable.

The oceanfront view from my room was stunning. Water refill stations in the hallway were filthy during my stay. Live music at the hotel bar made for a fun evening. Housekeeping often neglected room cleaning until late afternoon.

The room had a gorgeous oceanfront view with air conditioning, a fridge, coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. The pool area was fab, especially the kids' pool with a slide and lifeguards. Loved the spa options like the foot massage and hot tub. Breakfast was tasty with freshly baked pastries and organic juices.

Room cleaning lacked consistency. returning to a messy room after being out for several hours was frustrating. The air conditioning underperformed in the warm, humid climate, making comfort a challenge. Additionally, the bathroom size felt cramped, particularly for the premium price paid, and noise from the adjacent lounge during the daytime could be quite intrusive.
